PBC 2 Everything for Everyone

Hello. And welcome back. Sorry it took so long for me to get this organized. Long Covid thinks little of modern work's expectations about time.

The next meetings of the PBC will take place on April 29, 2025 OR April 30/May 1, 2025. In an effort to find times that work for more parts of the world I'll hold two discussions and send out two invitations to those who signed up. Please register for the session that better fits your schedule. Or come twice.

Option 1: April 29, 2025 at the time zones noted below. London 1600; New York 1100; New Delhi 2030; San Francisco 0800.

Option 2: April 30 or May 1, 2025 as follows: New York 1800; San Francisco 1500; Melbourne, AUS 0800 (May 1, 2025)

We'll be reading "Everything for Everyone: An Oral History of the New York Commune, 2052-2072." This is speculative fiction about the world we might create together. Many people - and one would hope, many philanthropists - are working to imagine a better world. My hope is that this will help us break some of our assumptions, ignite our imaginations, and leave us all feeling capable, optimistic, and delighted to be in community with each other.
